At Lillyshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your plant purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we've got you covered.

Returns:

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your plant must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Please contact our customer service team at youssef.romdhane3@gmail.com to request a return and receive detailed instructions.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• We take great care in packaging our plants for shipment, but sometimes accidents happen. If your plant arrives damaged or if there is a defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
• We will either send you a replacement plant or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or perishable goods such as live plants.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at youssef.romdhane@gmail.com.
